Refund & Return Policy — Biblically Beautiful LLC

At Biblically Beautiful, every product is handcrafted with prayerful intention, care, and high-quality plant-based ingredients. Because our items are personal use skincare and beauty products, the safety, purity, and integrity of each product is extremely important to us.

For this reason, and to protect the health of all customers, all sales are final.

  • No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of skincare and beauty items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped and been delivered, even if unopened.

This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are fresh, unhandled, and uncompromised.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, ingredients, usage details, and any posted educational information prior to purchasing. If you have questions about skin type compatibility or selecting the right product, we welcome you to contact us before placing your order, we are always happy to help 🤍

  • Refunds:

Because our products are personal-care items, we do not provide refunds once your order has shipped and been delivered.

This includes:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Disliking texture, scent, or formula

• Skin reactions or sensitivities

• Gifted items that are unwanted

Every skin type is unique. We recommend patch testing prior to full use.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your product arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

✔ the product

✔ the packaging

✔ the shipping label

We will review your order and make it right where appropriate. Our desire is always to serve you with integrity, fairness, and care.

  • Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. Biblically Beautiful is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost in transit

• Marked as delivered but not received

• Delayed by the carrier

• Delivered to an incorrectly entered address

We encourage customers to double-check shipping details during checkout.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will always support you with documentation when possible.

  • Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities:

All ingredients are listed for transparency. Because each individual’s skin chemistry is different, we cannot guarantee results or prevent reactions and therefore cannot issue refunds for skin sensitivity.

We strongly recommend a patch test prior to full application.


  • 🛠️Defective Item Policy — Non-Skincare Products:

At Biblically Beautiful, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. While all formulated skincare products are final sale and not eligible for replacement, non-skincare items such as beauty tools, devices, and accessories may be eligible for review in the rare event of a functional defect.

A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged or does not function as intended due to a manufacturing issue — not due to customer handling, wear, or accidental damage.

Items Covered Under This Policy.

This policy applies only to non-formulated items, including:

• Beauty devices

• Beauty tools

• Accessories

• Non-cosmetic merchandise

(Topical skincare + beauty products remain final sale for sanitary reasons.)

📩 Reporting a Defective Item:

 

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within:

 

7 days of delivery

 

Include:

✔ Order number

✔ Description of the issue

✔ Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

✔ Photo of the charging connection (if applicable)

This helps us assess the issue quickly and serve you with care 🤍 Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for review.

🧪 Troubleshooting:

Many device issues are easily resolved with charging or setup support. We may request basic troubleshooting steps or additional images to confirm the issue.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If the item is confirmed defective:

➡️A replacement of the same item will be issued (subject to availability).

➡️ Replacements are limited to one per purchased item.

➡️Refunds are not provided for defective tools or devices.

If the same item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

🚚Return Shipping Responsibility (Defective Devices & Tools):

 

In most cases, we do not require defective devices or beauty tools to be returned once the issue has been confirmed through photo or video review.

However, in certain circumstances, such as repeated reports or unclear inspection results, we may request the item be returned for quality review.

 

In these cases:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• A replacement will be issued once the defective item has been received and reviewed.

This policy allows us to wisely steward resources while still caring for our customers with integrity and fairness.

🚫 Not Covered as “Defective”

 

The following do not qualify:

✘ Normal wear & tear

✘ Damage from misuse or dropping

✘ Failure to follow instructions

✘ Cosmetic imperfections

✘ Damage after delivery

✘ Requests made after 7 days

✘ Purchases from third-party resellers

Biblically Beautiful reserves the right to determine whether an item meets defective criteria.

From time to time, we bless our customers with complimentary gifts and surprise add-ins.

These items:

• are provided at no cost

• are not eligible for replacement

• are not refundable

• are not guaranteed
