At Biblically Beautiful, every order is prepared with care, intentionality, and excellence. We are grateful for every customer who supports our small, faith-centered business, and we do our very best to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. 

  • 📦 Processing Time:

Each order is lovingly prepared by hand. Processing times are typically 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

During busy seasons, such as sales, new product launches, or holidays, processing time may extend to. 5–7 business days.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and package your order before shipment. This does not include carrier delivery time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

  • 🚚Shipping & Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery speed and timing are outside of our control.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. 

 

  • 📬Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment fees.

  • Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. Biblically Beautiful is not liable for:

• Carrier delays

• Packages lost in transit

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Weather or routing delays

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will always do our best to support you where possible.

 

🌍 International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your location.
